This sculpture was designed to complement plant life growing in the planter boxes on West Queen West. The park and plants at Trinity Bellwoods are a contrast to the vast amount of concrete that makes up the cityscape. By supporting growing vines, this artwork creates harmony between nature and the built environment.
Each 20 foot steel tube was machine-bent without a calculated angle. This resulted in organic shapes reflecting natural forms.
